Passwords must adhere to the following rules:
- Must be 8 or more characters
- Must contain 3 of the following: upper case letters, lower case letters, numbers, symbols
- Can not contain your first or last name
- Can not contain your username (SSO)
- Can not be one of the last 10 passwords you have used
